Workspaces

A workspace is the tenant boundary for data, permissions, and integration state.

Workspace model

Each workspace has isolated products, customers, prices, settings, and sync metadata. A user can belong to multiple workspaces with different roles.

Roles

• admin: full manage permissions
• admin: full access within workspace policy
• Owner is operationally the first admin (no separate owner column)

Workspace lifecycle

Creation seeds business profile defaults, tax presets by country, and initial freight settings.
